Stoner riffs, time changes, creative songwriting, awesome chords here and there, pretty proggy IMO.
 
For experimental/post metal I say because of the sludgy influences.

Pretty unique album, I must say. Part of it would seem to be best suited to Experimental/Post as already suggested, and other parts I would say were more of a Tech/Extreme nature. Would have thought there'd be no problem at all getting them voted in for one or other of these sub genres though.
