First of all, I'm limiting my choices to prog musicians or I'd probably just go with jazz musicians. Guitar - Allan Holdsworth, Robert Fripp, John McLaughlin, Dave Gilmour, Steve HoweBass - Tony Levin, Trey Gunn, John Wetton, Chris Squire, Ray Shulman
