As much as I love KC, I have to give the nod to San Jacinto.  It's just such a powerful song and still resonates with me as much today as it did when it first came out.

Gabriel.

In Lazland, life is transient. Prog is permanent.

Fripp.  His solo on "Sartori in Tangier" is remarkable.  No slight to Gabriel intended however.

'Sartori in Tangier'. The track breathes. It's groovy (thanks to Tony Levin), Bruford is doing justice, and they mix in some ambient. Fripp's solo is fine, I'd say.
"Composing itself, in a way, is a simplifying process, just trying to pick some (strands?) out [of] the clamour in the head." - Robert Wyatt.

San Jacinto...by a lot.
Current Listening:

Heater valve kicking on.
Snotty noses being blown.
Griping.
Maybe cookies coming out of the oven???

C is for cookie, and it is good enough for me.
