The condenser has gone on my car's air conditioning... just in time for the hottest weather of the year so far |
I think my car had a working a/c unit for about a week... as this was the first car I'd ever owned with one I can't say I benefited from it long enough to miss it now. Having a sunroof that roasts the top of your head to cherry red seems a pretty dumb idea but as my hair always gets sucked into the greasy mechanism I seldom use that either. Luckily the side windows open, which is nice, and everyone in town gets to hear my Prog collection as I cruise down the High Street with the windies open and the stereo cranked up to 11, which is nice.

Back in Russia, about 7 or so years ago, they released crazy people out on the street just like that 'cause there were too many of them. The facilities were getting really full.

I have a bunch of books I want to finish this month, but I'm going on vacation the next two weekends. My life is so tough.

THere's this apartment complex where the lady made everyone get their dogs DNA tested and now they DNA test ALL the poop.
BAM! Problem solved. Although in a very expensive way for all the dog owners.

Guess I just got really carried away with that necropost.
Edit: Wait a second; so, harmonium.ro can tell us about the trouble he has to go through while peeling an orange, but I can't talk about the dog poo? ... I guess we both are guilty.

In other news:
Lately, those damn birds kept coming over to that tree that stands right near my apartment and just kept yelling at and fighting each other. It was annoying the f$%k outta me. So, on a couple of nights I just came out and started hurling those pine cones as far up as I could so that those b#$%$%ds would take off. Then they just started annoying the f$%k outta my mother.

Thanks, I've spent about $100 on the auto-insurance, $592 on rent, about $125 on Charter cable ... now a pellet gun ... maybe next time.

"1st world problems", and you didn't have to call specifically darkshade for that. There are two ways to interpret the topic title: problems happening in the 1st world or problems happening in the 1st world ONLY. Feel the difference? Right in the first few pages people seized the opportunity to b$%ch about things that can also happen in the other worlds.
Hm. Other worlds. That makes me think of "Sliders". Oh, the good ole days.

"What a president believes matters. Mitt Romney ... "
Oh, shut it! I'm more concerned about what the president knows than what he believes.
