Attended a 'rock orchestra' concert presented by my kid's college band & orchestra last night (he played violin). I was skeptical, but I have to say I was impressed with some of the song selections. They played for over two hours and the songs included "Black Holes and Revelations", "Silent Lucidity", "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Layla" and, the highlight IMHO, "Roundabout". Here's just a taste - the sound is rough 'cause I recorded this on my iPhone, but you get the idea.

I like the concept (even if some of the song selections dont shine my silver).
