Experimental acid folk project for me, but "not all acid folk is progressive" ...
IMHO not psychedelic prog nor prog-folk, only Krautrock (as an experimental / quirky acidity) may be his place (but very weak).

EDIT: I'll pass him to Krautrock Team.

Possibly Folk.
Real name is Bram Devens, and has been aprat of multiple pysch/folk bands, including Sylvester Anfang (http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=3045). Ignatz plays a blend of
Blues, Psychedelic, and Folk.
