I don't mind. It's kind of on topic but is there anything else to say?

My Favorite is either A Saucerful of Secrets, Atom Heart Mother, or Ummagumma. I can't really pick.

Least favorite is The Wall. At least The Final Cut had some thought in it.

^ Yes, exactly. The picture of those military uniform shoulder pads on the cover of a war-themed album - very appropriate.

Maybe it's not a tree. Maybe it's night sky with some sparks in the foreground. S#$%w it. LOL Whatever.

I like the More album cover as well - very psychedelic. Has anybody seen the movie? I still need to get around to it someday.

I've seen it. It's pretty shallow in my opinion. It's about a loser who loses it and eventually just loses. It's got an original plot, but no true aim, from where I'm standing. A lot of drugs in there.

Still sounds interesting though. Do you have a physical copy of the film or did you just watch it online? I think I'll do that, since it isn't exactly a movie you'd commonly find in stores. Smile

I downloaded it a long time ago. If you are interested, send me a PM.

No "What-ev-er" - it's a man in a tree - Wikipedia says it's a man in a tree, most PF websites say it's a man in a tree and most importantly Storm Thorgerson says it's a man in a tree in his book 'Mind Over Matter - The Images of Pink Floyd' - in fact that's the exact bloody phrase he uses: 'The slide in question - a man in a tree - soon came up and the defocused lens caused the little chinks of sunlight between the leaves to expand and transmute into incandescent hovering spheres, reminiscent of the old bubble slides of early Pink Floyd concerts'. (page 46).

So no "What-ev-er" - it's a man in a tree - you can see "what-ev-er" you sodding well like, you can see pink pigs flying over the surface of Cirus Minor for all I care, but it's still a man in a tree.
What?

No need to appologise - it doesn't matter whether you can see it or not - it doesn't matter whether what you can see is a man or just random patterns in the image - that's kind of the beauty of imagery, you can see what you like in any image and make you own interpretation - however that does not change the fact that the original photograph is of a man in a tree. That's all I'm saying really.

I'd also like to add that my second favourite Pink Floyd album cover is the legendary Wish You Were Here cover. I hope to visit the site of the photo shoot one day. I think it's in California, if I'm not mistaken?

Relax, man, I believe you. I don't care what PF websites say, more than so do I not care about what Wiki says. But if Storm himself said so, I'll go with that.

LOL Not my least favorite. Probably their worst ... which are two different things.
