Just me being picky, and trying to fix your error. The album is Starless and Bible BLACK.

^ Right. Back in Black!
Can't choose between the title track and "The Mincer". Both are equally good. OK, the title track has some filler, but then it makes up for it with explosion and rending guitar notes. "The Mincer" is simply an eerie track, and I like the guitar. Consistency or suspense-and-explosion?
Suspense-and-explosion it is. Voted for "The Mincer" as the least favorite, but still a favorite.

Not a lot of people taking part, huh? Looks like this is not a huge favorite on this website. 3.86.

I always felt this album is not getting enough praise, it's rated below LTIA for no good reason IMO, maybe it's the instrumentals, personally I think they are wonderful especially We'll Let You Know.

Not "Trio"? Is that your way of saying you would choose "We'll Let You Know" over "Trio"?

It's not that i prefer one over the other it's just that i like their aggressive stuff slightly better, i'm surprised it's out of the contest first, what's wrong with it? really?

The Mincer. I rank "We'll Let You Know" very highly on the album actually, too bad it was the first to go.

I never understood why this album is under appreciated on this site. OK, it's in between LTIA and Red, but c'mon, it's the Bruford-Wetton lineup! The most popular KC lineup on PA.
I also think it's a better album that LTIA.

"Trio" also might be the only piece of music King Crimson has produced that, at one time, made me shed a tear.

^ Maybe it's a ****** / ***** .
I just don't see "We'll Let You Know" as powerful as the true highlights, e.g. "Fracture". Simply good. Just needs more power and individuality along with that.
