"Question mark" has better melodies and better felling IMO.

Both 5 star albums for me, ? wins for awesome story and countless Bible references which are never out of place. Such an inspirational album, reveals new sides of itself even after 15 or so listens (can't count anymore). Sola is very good too, in different ways than Question.
You love the music, the music loves you!

I much prefer ?.  Sola is great, but the darker, heavier atmosphere weighs on me after a while.

? is one of my least favourite Neal Morse albums. Too many cooks..

I'm pretty sure Neal wrote all the music Confused
which then makes me wonder why Steve Hackett, Jordan Rudess,Roine Stolt and Alan Morse had to be involved. They all have to be accomodated in the music which makes for me an unfocusd mess regardless of whether they were involved in the writing.
I suppose though I just prefer the 3 peice feel of Morse's studio albums. They mostly fly whereas ? just never gets off the ground (imo)

? just is awesome, the whole way through. Sola's latter two songs and significant portions of the first two are all pretty meh.

Wow, it's exactly equal, just like the ratings. I don't get Sola Scriptura, it starts off strong but basically after the intro to the first song I'm no longer interested, I don't much like it at all, and it's definitely my least favorite Morse album of what I've heard. I absolutely love ?, definitely his best in my opinion.

The whole album hangs really well together. I like Sola, but not as much.

conceptually and lyrically ? is a masterpiece above Sola Scriptura (though the concept and lyrics for Sola are still quite good), but the technicality and actual music is better in Sola Scriptura. Sola Scriptura wins.

Both. They're both awesome in different ways. They're the two best Neal Morse albums along with Testimony 2.

Sola
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

These two albums are currently rated equally (4.23), so I wondered which one the fans really prefer. I personally choose ?.
