Probably asked and answered before but didn't find it in a quick search.

Is it possible for normal (non-admin) members to know who posted ratings without reviews?
I mean, there's an obscure album without any review and only 1 rating, I would like to know who made that rating to send him/her a PM asking where did he/she find that album.
Is there some way I can see who posted that rating?

If you go to the album's page - then just before you reach the bottom, where usually you are met with reviews - there is a small link that says 'show all reviews/ratings'. Click it and you should be able to see who rated the bugger.
