Kohntarkosz by a nose, the whole thing is probably the most solid epic Magma ever did to my ears wth "KA" and "Kohntarkosz" being two of my favorite albums by them. E-Re features "Hhai" and "Zombies" , both classics in their catalogue.

MDK is my favorite single album of Magma's, but Kohnrarkosz probably has a leg up on the finality of the trilogy.

Theusz Hamtaahk
KA and E-Re are both very very great, but K drags the trilogy down slighty for me (at least studio version). All three in the TH trilogy are incredibly wonderful, even if TH and MDK are on a different plane to my ears than WI.

I'm not nuts about Wurdah Itah, and Kohntarkosz is my favorite piece of music, so I'll have to go with the latter trilogy. I'll take either of them over 95% of the stuff in my collection, though. I like em that much.

I love Köhntarkösz, but option one's got Theusz Hamtaahk & MDK. Nice poll.

Kohntarkosz, at least studio-version wise, is my least favorite of their epics.  So with that being said, TH trilogy gets a bit of a leg up.

I read that the piece was still under construction when they recorded it on the studio album which resulted in a somewhat messy ending to the piece. The 'Live/Hhai' version is far superior though I love the opressive atmosphere of Part 1 on the studio album.

I never even listen to the studio version of Kohntarkosz anymore.  I first heard it on the Magma Live/Hhai album, and I've got several other live versions of it that are just as good.

By the way, Marco, I applaud you for getting all your umlauts and accent marks in the right place on the poll choices.  I rarely bother myself, but I should.

I tried to get the W on Wurdah Ïtah to look like it was meant to be (Ẁ) but the forum software replaced it with the number-and-letter sequence that represented it so I chose the normal W.

Yeah, some of the live versions of it are incredible...I actually think I like the BBC 1974 version most.  Stripped down and raw as hell, mmm...

Londres, right?  If I recall, at that early phase it contained the bit known as "Om Zanka" (on Inedits), which later turned up in K.A.?  That was a neat surprise.

I picked Kohntarkosz. KA is my least favourite of the trio but it's still excellent.
