Plamp was formed in Chur, Switzerland in 1975 and disbanded by 1981, released one album in 1978 called "...Und Uberhaut...". Other than track listing and band members I couldn't find a lot of info, rym has the basic stuff here.
Not sure about a genre, it's a bit symph but it's jazzy as well.

I was going to say Folk, then I was going to say Symph, and for a half a second I wanted to say Avant (only half a second), so I think I'll end with Eclectic. Nice find!
