Like always with KC, the next album (and I'm sure there will be one some day) is gonna be something pretty different. That's why I'm always buying their albums.

............I thought that was about as likely as Jim Morisson reforming THE DOORS Ermm.............
A Scarcity Of Miracles was/is a splendid album, I don't mind if Fripp continues these Crimso related 'ProjecKct's' at all - as for KC - as long as Wetton & Bruford are involved, count me in Bowdown............BIG TIME !!!!...............

Darkshade, I think this thread was updated, but the original post that started it might have even been from before even the `Scarcity Of Miracles' album? Last I checked, wasn't Fripp retiring?!

Tom, you know my opinion on `Scarcity'! Zzzzzz....!

He has retired from Crimson though he still is releasing music. Any speculation on him bringing back KC is just that, speculation.

Hi,

I would rather have Robert and his wife for tea, and if he feels like playing around on a couple of strings that is fine, but no need to ... and we can have a fine conversation about philosophy, literature and photography ...

That child, named KC, is long gone and it's time is already over.

And it won't help their stature any, I do not think ... and is a drain that I do not believe that Robert wants to go through again. Speaking of that, wasn't there a note somewhere that Bill Bruford retired?
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

I just received this email regarding Bob Fripp's Guitar Circle of Europe.....I think he is now retired from performing, and simply wishes to teach and share his experience.  I wish him well, he never received the acclaim and riches that he deserved.

If A Scarcity of Miracles is indicative of anything, Uncle Bob would do well to enjoy his retirement (maybe, make a cameo appearance here and there now and then, and/or strum a few chords as a guest on an album by a reputable band).
