Renaissance: the Sullivan/Tout CD...?

Hello.  Somewhere between five and ten years ago, I read that Terrence Sullivan and John Tout of the classic Renaissance lineup were recording an album together.  I've had variations of "Tout / Sullivan" keyed into my ebay watchlist for several years, in addition to checking ProgArchives over the years, and I'm still waiting to see anything come to light.  It's the worst teaser I've ever had to wait for.  Is this to be another Steve-Howe-third-solo/Boston-third-album-that-takes-eight-years-to-make (and then disappoints), or was I just wishing too hard?  This has been driving me crazy, as I can think of no two people that have better chops to make one amazing disc.  If anyone can shed some light on this, and help me stop tapping my fingers in impatience, I'd be most grateful.

"Renaissant is the Renaissance spin-off created by drummer (and here, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist) Terry Sullivan, with keyboardist John Tout helping out, plus several other musicians including a guest appearance by Martin Orford (IQ). Betty Thatcher Newsinger wrote lyrics for four of the songs, while Terry’s wife Christine handles most of the vocals. Of course Christine is not Annie Haslam, and no one can possibly replace Annie in the hearts of Renaissance fans. But the music is true to the Renaissance style. Like the previous Renaissance album Tuscany, South of Winter lacks extended instrumental excursions, and the energy level is somewhat subdued. So this concentrates on Renaissance’s symphonic folk style, and while naturally it falls short of classic Renaissance, it’s nice to see Terry trying to keep the spirit of Renaissance alive.
