PERHAPS is a band from Boston. Volume One is their debut album, consisting of a single 38 minute song . Elements of Psych/Space/Post/Math/Noise/Kraut are all present... So to be clear, you're not offering free review copies in download or CD format and you are happy for reviews to be based only on the streaming available from Bandcamp or youtube?
