Ken Moore's first album Tempus Fugit was released in '70s as a cassette tape; now it's available as digital album.
Beside his solo works, he was released a serie of albums with guitarist David Wayne Myers as Moore/Myers instrumental prog duo as well.
Moore/Myers were recorded a beautiful Reaching Beyond The Sphere the album, originally released
also as a cassette tape in 1987: http://mooremyers.bandcamp.com/album/reaching-beyond-the-sphere

Not the kind of music I tend to listen to much, so my knowledge is thin to say the least, but this guy certainly seems to deserve a place on PA, and there's nowhere else you could put him other than in Prog Electronic.
Some info and an interview with Ken (talking about the partnership with David Wayne Myers) at the bottom of this webpage: http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/ultimathule/tachyon/mooremyers.html
