Guapo have announced a new studio album/live DVD to be released by Cuneiform Records in January 2013. "History of the Visitation" will include the group's new record and a live video recording, available as a CD/DVD or LP/DVD. I'm so stoked

I honestly doubted whether Guapo would make a new record, no one has heard anything from them for ages. I've never been that impressed with their records but as they've gone into the studio as a quartet i'm hoping they'll sound more like a band than they were on Elixirs
