3 Mice for RIO/Avant

3 Mice are a "multi-national" (USA/Switzerland) band:

Cédric Vuille (Débile Menthol;  L'Ensemble Rayé): Ukulele, guitar, cuatro, Theremin, Clarinet, other oddities
Dave Willey (Hamster Theatre; Thinking Plague; solo): Accordion, bass, guitar, guitarron, other oddities
Elaine di Falco (Hughscore; Thinking Plague): Voice, keys, accordion, other oddities

Udi Koomran: mixing, mastering, sound dialing wizardry

"3 Mice is project that serendipitously formed after Dave, Cedric and Elaine met in Geneva while Thinking Plague was on tour in 2008. Music began electronically transporting across the Internet and the members added to each others compositions."

I picked up their debut (and so far only) album, Send me a postcard, directly from the artist when I was at a showing of Romantic Warriors 2: Rock in Opposition, where Dave and Elaine (and Mike and Mark also of TP) were in attendance.

Seems to me like a no-brainer for RIO/Avant.

I'm not sure what you mean by that last part.  That's all I could find on the internet.
