Micky Duwe (related to krautrockers Metropolis , Agitation Free and is on Ash Ra Tempel's Seven Up album) has at least two albums under the name Mickie D's Unicorn, one self titled in 1979 and "No Regrets" in 1989. I'll let you decide for the genre if fits anywhere, it's fairly electronic, but I don't think it's that prog electronic genre, closer to space rock maybe or krautrock or something. Discogs
