Hello all, just a big fan of this band, and came across this information, even though it doesn't really affect me down here in Australia.

But sad news, and I hope this hasn't already been posted elsewhere.

"Dear Friends and Fans,

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we deliver this news to you… that Paatos will be cancelling their entire European tour in November due to a very tragic turn of events… The lead singer, Petronella Nettermalm’s sister has been hospitalized this weekend in critical condition.

Glassville Music and the band have decided to cancel the whole tour in order for Petronella and her family to be with their loved ones in such hard times.

Paatos was really looking forward to this tour. Playing lots of old songs as well as material of the new album, but for now it must wait.

For all of you who have already bought tickets, you can return your tickets of course.

Again, we are very sorry that this has happened but we hope you all understand that family comes first and it’s in these times that it becomes apparent what is most important in this life.

We are hoping to reschedule the tour for Spring 2013… so we will keep you updated.

Thank you all for your support!

Paatos / Glassville Music"

Awful news, and hopefully things work out for Petronella and her family, and that the band regroup in the near future. I still have a lot of love for the group, and wish them the best.

Sorry to hear this, I was really looking forward to seeing them live.
Even so, some things are more important - and I am sending a big bootful of love to Sweden hoping sis'll get better soon.

One of my favourite bands...very sad news indeed. Hope all turns out well, and she makes a full recovery.
