Though choice between Gates, CttE, and Awaken (specially the version on Keys to Ascension), and closely followed by Revealing Science of God. I'll go with Awaken, because it ain't getting much love here.

"Close to the Edge" by quite a wide margin. I'm also very fond of "The Gates of Delirium", but like any post-Edge Yes recording, it's a bit messy in execution. "Ritual" is almost as good, but I could do without all the padding. The rest of TFTO is pleasant and all, but only interests me occasionally. "Awaken" is epiphanic for about five minutes, but then it kind of unravels. That 'majestic' section works well enough as the climax of the song, but not in the middle. All momentum is lost that way. I have never heard "Fly from Here", but someday I will write a song called "The Really Long One That Never Ends". It will be 70 minutes long and it will be epic.

This kind of sarcasm is not appreciated here; you might hurt someone's feelings that way. Broken Heart Cry Wink
LOL, but also a littleEmbarrassed Yes, I haven't heard every Yes album I think I should hear or that I want to hear. Still got some exploring to do in that department.

I prefer "And You and I" to "Close to the Edge".

Topographic epics > CTTE/Relayer/GFTO epics

These days the Ancient is my fave, but is has been Ritual and Revealing in the past

Well, The Remembering/High the Memory is my favorite song of all time (at the moment) so of course it gets my vote. However the rest of Topographic Oceans is flawless as well, with Close to the Edge and Gates of Delirium on about the same level. When listening to any of those songs, I wouldn't rather do anything else in this world, such an amazing feeling. I haven't heard much of Fly from Here or Awaken, but they really seemed average at best to be honest. I fail to find anything interesting from Yes after Relayer...

Awaken is glorious! It gets my vote.

That said I really love 'The really long one that never ends'

Now, what album was that on..?
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!
