Sounds like Canvas Solaris/Behold...the Arctopus-ish material, more fit for PM than HP. I'll alert the team.

Hi!

I'm Drew from Arrhythmogen.  I play guitar and write all the music for the band.  I saw that we were getting some traffic from here so I wanted to stop in and thank you very much for checking us out and for sharing us here.  I hope you like what you are hearing!

Andy- You are the second person now to hear this album and compare us to Canvas Solaris.  Any suggestions on where to start with them?  I listened to a few scattered tunes on Spotify after hearing the comparison and I dig what I am hearing!

-Drew

Pretty much all of CV's material is pretty bitchin. Cortical Tectonics is probably their best album, but a personal favorite of mine is The Atomized Dream. Very akin to early Cynic and late Atheist.

Seeing as they are my favorite band, the Cynic comparison is a good endorsement.  I'll be purchasing both albums.  Thank you!

I was browsing Wayside Music yesterday and saw The Atomized Dream for $4. Might want to look there too if you're buying. Thumbs Up

I was able to find the same deal at the Laser's Edge.  Both albums (including shipping) for $20.  A steal!  Thanks, though!

Wayside's a Laser's Edge supplier, that's probably why. LOL
Enjoy the music!
