You nailed it, my friend! When I bought that 5 disc Tull set, I ripped the CD's for the car (which is infamous for scratching CD's very easily, hence the burned copies), and I am determined to give them more spins. `Aqualung' still doesn't do a lot for me, but I think I like `A Passion Play' much more. Longer instrumental sections, more complex arrangements, bigger sound. The sax reminds me quite a lot of Van der Graaf Generator to be honest! But....it's still Anderson's voice that rubs me the wrong way. I'll keep at it!

As for that `Perigeo' album, I have to admit it's kind of an album I lazily fall back onto when I'm feeling totally uninspired at work and can't decide what to listen to! Same goes for that Ozhuitza album too. Both are cool instrumental albums, not too involved and over the top, so they don't drive the people around me insane....as much!

Your car is a little f**ker for doing that to your CDs. What a pain you have to go through. Probably too expensive to fix as well. I guess this will give driving and music listening some tainted enjoyability. Lol. Also. For me Aqualung is by far TULL's best album for me. I don't think you should hurt yourself any further with that. ;)

But to be honest, the first thing I do with any new CD's these days is burn them and only play the copy, I like to preserve the originals! Thank you Mr King! Yes, I'm determined not to just give up on trying to like the band (They have such a status and popularity in progressive rock circles for a reason if so many others like them), so I'll stick with it! Thanks for the recomendation too!
