Glad to see/hear you are rocking' a bit of Maiden. I listened to Piece of Mind Today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not my favourite Maiden, but still really great. My God, Bruce Dickinson can sing. He has a true gift. Also, he is hard to imitate. Lol!

Good to catch you again, my friend! `Piece of Mind' is definitely one of my favourite Dickinson albums, or rather it used to be, I'll have to give it a fresh spin! I start nightshift tonight for seven nights, so I might do a Maiden marathon, two albums a night!
Hard to imitate....hmmm, has someone been practicing?!
Don't worry, my mate and I always throw in random Maiden lyrics wherever possible! It makes him laugh that there's a place just before my house called `Acacia Lodge', must makes him think of 22 Acacia Avenue lol!

Always!!! Practicing the way of the Bruce humbles me. . 'seven deadly sins, seven ways to win, seven holy paths to hell....seven holy sh*t night shifts!!! Do the maiden marathon and I may just join you on that adventure. I think the obvious choice now is for you to spin seventh son of a seventh son in honor of your seven night shifts. Lol. That album is my favourite maiden effort of all time. Nothing beats it for me. ;) Enjoy the night my friend.

Ahab : The Call of the Wretched Sea
Your not even half way there yet....the road to the red country is long! Also, shows what a non observant man I am cause I just noticed now that your avatar has little Beaty, sinister eyes above the hat brim of your character. . Now I can see where you get your Doomy edge from. I love it. . Also, thought of you today cause I got to spin ASIA MINOR's BETWEEN FLESH AND DIVINE. How good is Northern Lights?! I can totally understand why you adore that album. It really is pure Turkish Delight.
Coming home from the Fates Warning concert buzzing like hell from such an incredible performance....they still got it big time!!!
Fates warning--Disconnected Fates Warning-- A Darkness In A Different Light Halcyon Way-- Indoctrination ( opened for Fates Warning and bought their latest album cause their set was pretty good. Typical power metal band. Nothing special, but a fun listen non the less. ;)
