Yes, Dr! I just posted an (overlong) review of the new Phoenix Again an hour or so ago, it's terrific! As nice as their first album was, this is big step up, very impressive!

A little while back I got the disc that had both of the first two Ache albums on one CD. Not really sure what I think at this point. Interesting, ambitious, cool ideas....but not entirely satisfying? Will report back soon on how I go with them

After a couple of weeks I'm still rocking the Threshold catalog quite relentlessly.

Today and yesterday

Threshold---Dead Reckoning
Threshold--Instinct Extinct
Threshold--Critical Energy
Threshold--March In Progress
Threshold--Wounded Land
Lacuna Coil--Broken Crown Halo (seeing them tomorrow in concert ;)
Porcupine Tree--Fear Of a BlankPlanet ( Gavin can drum. Period. )
Redemption--Live From The Pit ( going on my top 10 for 2014 ;)

Gimmie my headphones now!!! 🎧🤣

Where is Prince???

Nick! I was just thinking of you the other day, hoping all is well with you! Don't you worry, my friend, the Purple Phreak is never far from my stereo!

Ha, I very much dig your note at the end of your posts! `Kaleidoscope' may be well played by a bunch of musicians I adore, but Lord it was a bit of an uninspired dud, a band ticking the boxes and offering just more of the same `old-man' prog! I disliked that album almost as much as that second Edison's Children album...or was that last year?

For today's choices:

Le Orme - Storia O Leggenda
Perigeo - Abbiamo Tutti un Blues da Piangere
Biglietto Per L'Inferno - s/t (Sagi, I still haven't heard that Folk/acoustic album you recommended from them!)
Progenesi - Ulisse: L'Alfiere Nero
PTF - Percept From
Duncan Mackay - Chimera
Dzyan - Electric Silence
