Sorry the Caravan wasn't to your liking, Sam! It's not a really special album, but there's a couple of nice moments.

For tonights selections:

Le Orme - Contrappunti
Agitation Free - Malesch
Aktuala - s/t
Guru Guru - Dance with the Flames

Styx - Crystal Ball - Man I've always dug the heck out of this one, so melodic and catchy! `Mademoiselle' is pop/rock bliss! I think fans of Kansas would dig this album very much

Kansas - Masque
Tangerine Dream - Cyclone
Steve Hackett - Please Don't Touch
Starcastle - s/t
Cousin Silas - The Sound of Silas (thoughtful, often delicate ambient/electronic/drone music)
Phillip Wilkerson - Wonderous Encounters (his latest electronic/drone CD)

Can - s/t - the 1979 album, really a fine album. Perhaps not cutting-edge, experimental or drug-f**ked like the earlier albums, but plenty of tasty sounds throughout it all the same

It was my first Mort Garson album I've heard. I liked it. I mean, an early electronic album mixed with 60s psychedelia about The Wizard of Oz. It just can't get trippier than that.

Nice, it's like "Signs of Zodiac" then (the album that was released earlier, I never heard the ones that were released after). You also can't go wrong with "Black Mass Lucifer" (Michael up here would also recommend it) and "Plantasia" if you want to relax (lots of nice bubbly sounds Smile).

Ha, there's our girl, Tommy!! However, I wonder if your worship of the maiden Tirill has shifted to Miss Booth from Magenta!

By the way, Cherry Five have got a new album out soon, who would have thought that would happen! Black Widow records, so no doubt a vinyl issue for you.

****

Not much listening today, but I did pick this up at a local record fair:
