Now the NHL gliding on distant past glories. It's all about f**king money that's all. I know guys who play in a 50 and older pick up league who play better than any of these overpaid monkeys who call themselves hockey players. I watched a few games and just shook my head and said : " I  just I dunno anymore ". My uncle has some videos of old games from the 50s. Before ny time but Hockey was magic back then.

Oh, you're just still miffed because Montreal can no longer poach the greatest players from Quebec and thus win several Stanley Cups in a row. The league has moved beyond the days of Yvan Cournoyer and Guy Lafleur.

I haven't been a fan of the NHL since the early eighties. I couldn't even name a Montreal player if I had a gun held to my head. Maybe Carey Price. I still play pick up but as far as the NHL goes it just doesn't mean anything anymore. I don't even live anywhere near Montreal anymore and have no desire to return.

What a freaking game.  Didn't get the outcome I wanted, but sure as hell was a wild ride.
