Asian & Middle-Eastern Prog "World" Cup: Leg 3 Qualifying Rounds, Round 4 of 16

This bracket is for the third of four legs. There will be one more of these, with 32 new artists. If a band you like hasn't shown up yet, they will likely appear in the final leg.
