It is less then two months until the international premiere of 'Alchemy' in Poland. While the final mixes are being prepared in the studio, 'Alchemy' artists are busy getting ready for the concert performance of the musical, scheduled for February 22, 2013. The show will be filmed for the DVD at Katowice Wyspianski Theatre. The audience in Katowice will have a chance to see the show in mostly unvaried line-up. The only alteration from the original version will be the part of Jessamine performed on a CD by a Uruguayan stage and TV artist, Noel Calcaterra. In Katowice, this role will be sung by a London musical theatre actress, Soheila Clifford.

Tickets for 'Alchemy in Concert' in Poland can be purchased at:

http://metalopolis.pl/alchemy---musical-by-clive-nolan,en.html

Meanwhile, recordings for 'Alchemy' have been officially completed and the decision have been made to release the CD album before the show in Poland! The details will be announced on the website soon.

Do not forget to keep track of Cheltenham theatrical shows. New members of the cast have been chosen and work on costumes and scenography is progress. As time passes the expectation of ongoing budget is growing grater. Despite the success of the fundraisers, the needs to raise more money for the show is still urgent. If you wish to support the show, go to:

You can donate as little as 10 and your name will be listed on the 'Alchemy' website and in the Cheltenham programme.

 'Alchemy' Synopsis!

The full synopsis of 'Alchemy' with pieces of original artwork by Graeme Bell is now available on the website. This is a fascinating story with many twists and turns. Check it out before the album is out!

 Arena

'The Seventh Degree of Separation' has been now released on vinyl and looking good! This special, limited edition collector's item can be purchased through Verglas: http://www.verglas.com/complete.php

There are plans to write a new Arena album in 2013, which in turn will be recorded and followed by a tour in 2014. There will also be some scattered Arena gigs during 2013, including our appearance in London at Celebr8 on May 12th.

 Pendragon

Nick Barrett is busy working on a new Pendragon album, which hopefully will be out later in 2013 with a tour to follow. In the meantime the band will also be touring during the year, including the band's first Canadian visit in October.

 Shadowland

There are rumours about bringing Shadowland back in 2014 with the strong possibility of filming of a new DVD... Stay tuned... Details coming soon!

Strangers on a Train

The two albums of Strangers on a Train were re-released in November by Metal Mind Productions. After twenty years from their premiere 'The Key Part 1: The Prophecy' (1990) and 'The Key Part 2: The Labyrinth' (1993) will soon be available through our online shop, The Lost Tribe Emporium:

Wow, not even an hour in and I'm already pumped for the new year - Arena's latest gets a belated vinyl release!!!

Have to admit, I'm looking forward to `Alchemy' as well, I loved Nolan's `Caamora' project/album `She'!

Speaking of beating a dead horse, I'm hoping `Alchemy' gets the vinyl treatment as well!

I also want a vinyl release of "alchemy" but sadly metal mind productions finally dont work with this format! this polish label  initially announced a vinyl box of "she" but was cancelled in the last moment for fear of a risk of lost money!! i hope for more vinyl arena albums releases by verglas music!!!!

Hi Torete! So was the original `She' vinyl cancelled altogether?! I only ask because years ago I went back to order it from Nolan's website, and all trace of it was gone, I assumed they'd sold out and I simply missed out!

Re- Pendragon...... don't expect an album in 2013, I think it'll be early 2014 before a release, but there WILL be a mini-tour in May 2013. (see below)
We've had Christmas hackers over at the Pendragon website and are currently working to restore the site, we should be back in a few days (fingers crossed)

Dates confirmed for 2013 -

For these shows we'll be ably supported by the lovely Gary Chandler (Jadis)
