I did not find this problem reported with the forum search function.
When using Google Chrome, if I click on "Insert Image" I do not have the button to browse in my computer for uploading the picture I want to to the file manager, I can only insert images previously uploaded to the file manager.
With Windows IE 8 I have the button, but I have some mysterious problem with IE causing it to be extremely slow so I prefer to use Chrome, but when I want to insert a new image it's a pain in the a*s.

Choose file is browse for file.

If you  had simply clicked on it you  would have discovered this for yourself.

Chrome works. All is well.
