As of Jan 26,2013, Camel Productions (which is the OFFICIAL Camel site) reports that (http://www.camelproductions.com/  under 'Tours' link):

Camel's 2003 Farewell Tour is a splendid memory.

So much so, we are now discussing the possibilities for the 'Retirement Sucks' tour in September or October 2013.

Please check back from time to time.

Saw them at Nearfest 2003, and it was better than I had hoped it would be.  This is GREAT news.

Yesterday I've put on the "Coming of Age" DVD. The rehearsal part is amazing.

I can't wait for this. I've never had the chance to see Camel live. 'Retirement Sucks Tour', I'm there!

I believe Andy is based in the S.F. Bay Area.  At least he used to be.  Not sure if he's up to a tour, however.

I believe Andy and Susan moved back to UK sometime during Andy's recovering process, I think I remember such a thing being mentioned in one of the previous newsletters.

But for now let's just savour Andy's 2010 'comeback' performance (guitar solo & vocals) on 'Masquerade', the opening track from the album "Random Acts of Beauty" by David Minasian:

Just stunningly beautiful... HeartHeartHeart

great news all round.  I don't think Andy and Susan would be communicating this unless they were pretty confident.  Another chapter of the amazing story begins
