Yowzers, those are my 4 favorites of his.  I voted On The Corner, with Get Up With It just behind.

 I use fo sho and fo shizzle quite normally, or at least quite commonly as some might say it sounds abnormal when I use it., yomesane?

In A Silent Way first, because **Spoiler alert** themes reappear in Jack Johnson, which should be bought at the same time as IASW anyway as the first two to pick up. Then Get Up With It.

My nod to Jack Johnson was just even up the voting at (currently) five each...guess you'll have to listen to each of them!
 
My advice: start with In a Silent Way and move forward in chronological order. it's the easiest way to make sense of Davis' more radical later stuff (On the Corner)

Get Up With It has the most variety, this album influenced Brian Eno, especially "He Loved Him Madly" "Calypso Frelimo" is a slab of jazz funk.

"Rated X" is a forerunner to drum and bass. even some straight ahead blues rock, and smooth jazz styles are on this.
