More really stood out for me. I still can't really process and love ObC as much as I do More.
I consider drone metal to be progressive...

OBC by far for me.  I'll have to play More again , it's been a real long time.

I couldn't care less for More. More or less. Which is Obscure, I know.

to take the place of the mud shark in your mythology...

More for me, it has many more songs that I like. Though Mudmen from Obscured is really great too.

But is it still interesting enough to watch? Sounds like a pretty cool Art film to me. Big smile What, does the concept revolve around the abuse of hallucinogens and such?
In all honesty, there really isn't much going on. A little bit of France, but the rest of the time it's Ibiza; ... some sex, but yeah, it's mostly about drugs and by how much they can change you, your life, and the people around you. Everything goes nicely, but then it's all downhill. I wouldn't say it's very bad. It's OK.

Like both, but More [More, More] is how I like it more.

^ The alternate lyrics are in the film. And I think that is a good way to think about a film before you start watching: "It's going to be a suckfest, but let's see if it has a crum of something good. That way I will not waste my time and actually learn how bad it is, and spread the word about its suckiness."

Actually, there are songs in the film not on the soundtrack; they have never been officially released:

They recorded a version of "Cymbaline" with Waters on lead vocals and alternate lyrics, but I'm not sure if that is in the film or not. I've never seen them but both More and La Vallee are supposed to be sh*tty films.

More is one of my favourite Floyd albums - so laid back and chill. I have yet to see the film, but judging by the fantastic soundtrack, it has to be at least worthy of some quality. Green Is The Colour is just great.

Both are great, but OBC is even greater than More.

More.

ObC is too poppy.

I’ve got Obscured by Clouds at rank 6 on my Pink Floyd list (#70 overall). More is 9 of Pink Floyd (#153 overall). I think More has some superior songs, but Obscured by Clouds is a better listen start to finish.

More isn't terrible, but certainly not as consistent as Obscured.

"More" for me. I usually prefer albums that have the same sort of style throughout like "Obscured By Clouds" instead of a lot of variety like "More" but for whatever reason i do prefer "More".

And The Nile Song is an ascending canon, something that comes directly from classical music in the only hard rock track recorded by Floyd.

More has Cymbaline, Obscured By Clouds has a bunch of nice pop songs. The importance of Obscured by Clouds is IMO in the lyrics of Free Four. Together with Echoes it's a prelude to Dark Side and the direction taken by Waters up to The Final Cut. But  I like More more.
