Fortunately the vocalist sings only on one track (the opening track is the same as the closing track, right ?).
Otherwise the TOTO boys are impressive, as usual. Keyboardist and horn section deserve a mention here as well.

Never heard of this...  2004, that's ages ago.

The music sounds very japanese. I can imagine how cool some video game music would be with Phillips on drums. This shows that anything is possible.
