What's your favorite album by this magnificent band? And what's your thoughts about their albums?
Or just say anything that's on your mind.

THEY RALLY ROUND THE FAMILY
WITH A POCKET FULL OF SHELLS

I'm really not that familiar with them, but I like a couple of songs, especially that one ^

Haven't heard enough to vote, but I like the stuff I have heard (most of The Battle of Los Angeles and some of their more popular songs).  Tom Morello's crazy solos are awesome, but what does it for me is the riffs...man, the riffs...

Evil Empire is the dark horse here so I'm voting for that one, most fans tend to vote for the self-titled or Battle of Los Angeles, but I'm going with Evil Empire Big smile, can't go wrong really with any of them

Well then they are certainly worth checking out, go for the first album you won't be disappointed.

I was looking for an "All of the Above" option to vote! LOL

And I have to give props to Brad Wilk. Great drummer. Isn't he currently rehearsing with some band called Black Sabbath...!

I loved their first album, played it/heard it a gajillion times when I was a teenager. I never liked their next albums near as much. I thought their covers album was pretty good but unfortunately I had a friend that would.not.stop.playing.the.damn.thing.......

The covers album Renegades, at first sounded too minimalistic and straight forward but repeated listenings did the job and it did grew on me. Cool album.

The debut is probably their best but I went ahead and gave The Battle Of Los Angeles some love. I remember buying it on the day of it's release here in Denmark. The shop was filled to the brim with young folks in dreadlocks and somewhat punky outfits (I remember wearing my Dead Kennedys Holiday In Cambodia t-shirt), and after waiting 3 hours I finally got to hear it on my discman (yes it's been a while). The modern production job suited the music perfectly - even if most others felt the exact opposite. Oh well their loss I guess...
Today I reach for any of the three studio albums. I love em about equally.

Haven't heard Renegades.

I heard that album a few weeks ago, I'm going through the discography box set, I really like it too. I can't say I remember anything about their next album, even though I listened to it a few times.

I love their debut album, I dare say it's one of the best albums of the 90s.

There was a time when I enjoyed them.  Can't stomach it anymore even though I love heavy music.
