From the Bloodstock 2012 Artists page:

Quote Tempus Fusion was founded in 2009 by guitarist Tim Goatham as a project to take on the progressive metal scene with members of the well established group Season's End, and former members of The Defiled.

Tempus Fusion is a whole new breed of progressive metal covering a huge spectrum of sounds ranging from tranquil cleans to intensely heavy blasts, with an impressive new sound that is completely fresh and unforgettable.

Often described as "A heavy metal Pink Floyd" with their crushing riffs, huge vocals and memorable melodies.

After a number of shows with bands such as Neverborne, Enochian Theory and Tesseract, their self produced debut album/EP "To End It All" was released in March 2012 via the band's Bigcartel site, Bandcamp, iTunes and spotify, and has gained great reviews from fans and press alike. This hour long album can be found for free stream on their bandcamp page, and the band continue to reach fans from all around the world.

from Encyclopedia Metallum:
Quote David Stanton  Bass, Vocals  [See also: Season's End, Sorcerer's Spell, ex-Reign of Erebus]
James Smith  Drums  [See also: Eternal Scapegoat, Season's End ]
Tim Goatham  Guitars  [See also: Season's End, ex-Bloodshot Dawn]
Anthony Quinn  Guitars  [See also: ex-Tainted Grace]
Max Pharnam  Vocals

They describe their debut release as an EP but clocking in at 57 minutes long it's more of an album.
