From https://www.facebook.com/hellhavenband (google-translated):

"HellHaven was founded in 2008 in Myslenice near Krakow. Music group, evolving over time, at the time of EP' "Art For Art's Sake" took the form, which can be defined as the art metal. HellHaven style is mainly characterized by ubiquitous melodies, expressive vocals and harmonies, against the dense textures of sound. After the independent release of their debut album EP group activity focused on the concerts and work on new compositions. Currently the group after 2 years of work completed on the full length album material. Art Metal, which became the starting point has been enhanced with new musical threads. The new material outlines the new face of the team, which tends to more progressive music, dirty and yet crystal clear concept of widely diverse in terms of sounds and arrangements and rich in spatial sections synthesizers."

Chapter I

HellHaven born in Myslenice near Krakow, in difficult and hostile, when the real heavy metal had already rust and rock zbratal for good with pop.

James Martin, Bartosz and Luke are the people who run it humility to accept this state of affairs. Music from the period between the balance the group's activities rather classic heavy metal, and solid melodic hard rock. On the basis of such compositions can be created, like divide et impera, Bitterman, the Nuclear Boy.

The team worked hard on new songs, and played a few shows, but in September of 2008 - the mysterious and obscure forces have forced everyone to take a decision to suspend operations.

Chapter II

Awakening from the dream took place in December of the same year, thanks to Martin Jaskowca, Bartosz Wegrzyn Zaczek and Jacob; instruments, however, was incomplete, so the team quickly joined by David Mika.

It all started almost from the beginning, looking for a common language, a common artistic vision, soon appeared in the first composition sketches ...

March is the time of the next revolution. Joined the team a man with knowledge about how to use their vocal cords - Sebastian Najder and drummer - Radoslaw Suder. With the complete instrumentation work on the new songs took on a new, more comprehensive form. At some point, the idea of ??crazy: performance at the District Music Ensembles Amateur fasted in Myslenice. The result was a third place, and a year later - the second.

Further time expired for concerts and creative, has produced several new compositions, and the style and sound has evolved.

Chapter III

In September of 2010, a session recording for their debut album  "Art for Art's Sake", which appeared on the Internet on Dec. 25, 2010. Active is available for free download.

September of 2011 brought another change in the band - parting with the previous drummer - Radoslaw Sudra. His place was taken by Konrad Wojtowicz.

At the moment HellHaven focused on creating new material. The team seeks full powers to sign a contract with a record company and producer...

Thanks David, great work as always and a nice suggestion. Mix of hard rock, metal and prog. Proggnosis has them as Prog Metal but, okay, let's try Heavy here first.
