Another one which could fit in either Crossover or Eclectic, I feel, based on what is available at the moment. There is a discussion about the album which was started by its creator Gabriel Lucas Riccio (posting as froghawk) on the King Crimson projekction.net site: http://www.projekction.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=3978
We need to wait until more than two tracks are available for streaming though before considering it further - release date is 5th April according to bandcamp. Smile

Hi guys,

Thanks for recommending my album!  You can stream clips of every song at http://www.amazon.co.uk/Interior-City/dp/B00BXEL6CI/

It's pretty diverse - I'm not sure where I would place it myself.

I can also send the mods a full copy of the album if you'd prefer not to wait.  In the meantime, there's a third song available for streaming here:

^ Welcome to progarchives  Hug and thanks for posting the extra tube, which is excellent! I'm assuming all tracks will be streamable via bandcamp in a couple of weeks, in which case there will be no need to send the full album to anyone in the meantime. Both Eclectic and Crossover teams have plenty on their plates at the moment, to be honest - so there is no real rush! There is an excellent bio on your website, which I'm sure will be more than adequate to create your page once the music is approved. If you could perhaps 'bump' this thread on or around April 5th, just in case we forget, then that would be great!   Thumbs Up

I think this has to go to the Eclectic Team. Don't really see it in Crossover - no connection to pop music, too much complexity and dissonance, blending of genres (minimalist piano, metal, prog, classical etc.), semi-improvisational... The Eclectic boys are pretty swamped though, so thanks in advance for your patience. Thumbs Up

Great, thanks!  I would also agree with that.  Is there something I need to do to get it to that team, or have they already been informed?

You don't have to do anything, don't worrySmile

The team however is, as mentioned earlier, pretty swamped, so you may have to brace yourself with a little patience before they reach a verdict.

Fair enough!  Some news:

Physical copies are now available at http://thegabrielconstruct.bandcamp.com.  They will also be available soon at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/thegabrielconstruct, on Amazon.com, and at Super D Independent record stores.

Travis Orbin has just posted his tracking video for the song 'Defense Highway': http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KznpdApc9FU

You can find blogs posts in which Travis and I discuss these songs at http://thegabrielconstruct.com.

Thanks for listening!

Hmmm...  I was listening to this on progstreaming the other day and had the thought that Avant would be most appropriate.  After all, Kayo Dot and Sleepytime Gorilla Museum are there.

Just my thoughts.  Good stuff no doubt.

That's how I personally classify it, so that would make the most sense to me.  Thanks!
