Ever by miles.

Jurassic Shift is very good but doesn't compare to it.

I'd have to go with I.Q.'s Ever on this one.

I have to stick with the Canadian trio on this one.  I can remember making a midnight trip to the store to buy this one on the day that it came out.  It is certainly the album that I have listened to the most out of the ones listed.  Anekdoten's Vemod would probably be 2nd on my list, followed by IQ's Ever.

IQ's "Ever" got my vote.  The only other album that came close was Anekdoten's "Vemod."  Now, if Anekdoten had released "Nucleus" in '93 then it would've been a different story Wink

Counterparts - Easily Rush's best from the 90's, in my humble opinion.

1. Porcupine Tree - Up The Downstair
2. IQ - Ever (very close to 1)
3. Anekdoten - Vemod
4. Ozric Tentacles - Jurassic Shift

Kingston Wall II, one of my absolute favorites of the Psychedelic/Space Rock sub-genre.

Lots of great comments, thanks guys. A three horse race as IQ has come from quite a ways back.

Since they have no votes I guess a lot of people just don't know them.
So if you don't mind John...

Thanks for the video Sagi, it gives those who don't know them a peek.

Think it's pretty obvious what I chose here....yup.....SAVIOUR MACHINE!!!!
Saviour 1 is unreal. Thee best gothic prog metal album I've ever heard.

Of course. IQ's EVER is a masterpiece and it would definately be 2nd for me, but nothing tops the MACHINE!!

Gimmie my headphones now!!! 🎧🤣

This is a nice selection of albums, hard to choose - IQ, Anekdoten, Savatage, Porcupine Tree, Saviour Machine.

Gave my vote to the very underrated Saviour Machine. I only say "underrated" because despite always putting out great music and even quite original, few people know SM.

Jurassic Shift is the best--my favorite--but those three Kingston Wall albums deserve more attention!

"Jurassic Shift". One of the very best albums of the Ozrics. "Pteranodon" alone is worth the price of the album.
