They said the backers of their budget could get the EP on the bandcamp page right now, but I don't think that applies to all backers. Will check out the download page when the time allows.

Sounds good- and it's great to hear about how well the kickstarter went, I'm sorry I wasn't visiting these parts of the net at the time and completely missed it. Looking forward to the EP, and the record.

New Iamthemorning album

"Belighted" released through Kscope this fall

After several months of silent waiting we can finally announce that the album that we've been working on since March'13 is finished and it is eventually confirmed that it will be released through UK-based progressive rock label Kscope. The date of the release is set to September 15th and the album is entitled "Belighted".
Gavin Harrison of Porcupine Tree is playing drums on this record, and it was recorded, mixed and mastered by amazing Marcel van Limbeek, Tori Amos sound engineer.

For us, it is a great relief to finally share this wonderful news with our listeners whose continuous support has led us the way to signing to one of the best prog-oriented record labels in the industry. The negotiations have taken long and were exhausting, but such an important desicion will have a great influence on what will happen to our band in future so we needed time to make everything right.

Needless to say that we are honoured to share label with an amazing musicians such as Steven Wilson and Porcupine Tree, Anathema, Katatonia, Gazpacho, Lunatic Soul, 05Ric and many many others (if curious, go here). If someone told us about that a year ago, we'd never believe that this is possible. But our story happened to be more interesting than we expected.

I've said that before and i'll keep repeating that without help of our listeners this would never become possible. Our huge gratitude goes to everyone who supported us during last year Kickstarter campaign that we've started to raise some funds for the recording of "Belighted". We are sorry that we kept you waiting for such a long time, but your patience will be rewarded soon.

I'm really looking forward to this album, especially after hearing the preview.  I'm very happy, and I daresay proud, that this little band has gotten to where they are.  I really hope they find a huge audience.

You guys are so kind to us and we'd never reach it all without getting to PA at the first place. Thank you, all of you.

I don't know how I feel about this bandOuch. I tried listening, it was ok but too much of the same. Marjana has a lovely voice though

This is gonna be fantastic. Just like the first album. Violin
When he rides, my fears subside.
For darkness turns once more to light.
Through the skies, his white horse flies.
To find a land beyond the night.
