I didn't take this straight to collabs cause I want other opinions, I thought of taking it to JR/F maybe but for a moment I did think of eclectic as well.

Basically, Gold was a band from Florida with two albums, first one that isn't really interesting in 1979 that mostly sounds like this:

And this is the second album "No Class What So Ever" from 1980:
