Turkish food....what a delight just like the band Asia Minor. :)
How Transatlantic's Kaleidoscope beat IQ's The Road Of Bones in the Prog album of the year category at this years Prog awards (2014) is beyond me.

Hungarian cuisine has become a culinary melting pot of Turkish influences. But also Slavic and German. So it's an easy choice. Both.

Hungarian was once very unique and famous worldwide. Mostly game (boar, partridge, deer etc...) . n fact it once had the greatest restaurant back in the 30s , the Gundel .
