The 4th season is as brilliant as the earlier ones. After watching the episode devoted to Buster (who now resembles Norman Bates!), he just might be my favorite character! LOL

Okay, forget what I wrote above: I've seen all 3 seasons, and I have to say it's absolutely brilliant, definitely one of my favorite sitcoms ever. Today I watched the first episode of the new 4th season - I didn't expect much, since the reviews were rather lukewarm. However, I found it great, without any drop in quality at all. Great show, recommended highly!! :-)

Also, the more I watched, the more it became clear that Gob is probably my favorite character. Clap

Haha, that clip is so funny. I'll probably start watching the 2nd season of Arrested Development soon. I don't know how I missed that one the first time around, as well as The Larry Sanders Show, which is great! :-)

I can see where "The Modern Family" takes its influence. Both are funny, but the best sitcoms ever? Not even in the top 25 of the last 25 years, in my opinion. Not that they need to be. When I started watching the British sitcom "League of Gentlemen" recently, I very quickly lost all interest in Arrested Development.

Having said all that, my favorite character is probably Gob or Tobias, the discredited 'analrapist' (analyst/therapist)-turned-wannabe actor who is clearly gay - even his wife is always suggesting it - but he's the only one who fails to realize it.

Never seen Arrested Development; I'll give it a try...........but I did enjoy League Of Gentlemen. weird and wonderful show.

One does nothing yet nothing is left undone.
