Topic: Oldest Forum Member? Posted: July 24 2013 at 03:24 |
I'm pretty sure that this was posted already. But I couldn't find and I'm really curious.
I joined PA in March 2005. And most of the time when I answer threads is that I'm aware how much time I visit PA.
So, I was just really curious, post something and let's us see how old you're here. I know I'm not the oldest, I saw many people that joined back in 2004. But who's the firsts? (Cause the first, for sure, are the owners) hehehehe.

Isn't it a trick question, like who's the oldest Beatle ?.

That's as accurate as it comes, it seems.
I think I only wrote a review or two back in 2006 when I registered, and only started really participating in 2008 or so.

I'm pretty old I think. I made my first account here in April of 2005.

Of some of the originals... Maani was one of the originals here, helped set up the site & was admin for a long time, Dude is one of our Australian chums, cracking sense of humour, but no longer on the site these days. Danbo again, great sense of humour but not around these days... Peter is a forum legend & since meeting on here has become a very good friend (spent many a happy holiday with him & his family on Newfoundland)

Yeah. I can't remember the circumstances, but I assume they were of the most illicit nature.

I'm the typical lurker, as you can guess from my low post count given the amount of time I've been here.

I thought you meant oldest in terms of age and was going to say Snow Dog is around 350 (in dog years).
I am a relative newcomer compared to the old timers such as Mr Garten.

What could be more important Jim? Are you sure it's not the shame of the Pallas album cover incident keeping you away?
Hope to see you and Vicki at the next one.

I thought Dude was the first forum (I believe it was called guestbook back then) member, aside from the big cheeses.

I'm like that too. My number of posts and my time using PA are far from being what it should be!

I thought this was going to be about the oldest member? Instead it's about the oldest member.... In any case, I'm not any of the two.
Who is the oldest person on here anyway? I'm 31, but I feel like 80.
