It's only 1 week's chart though. I'll bet there were a lot of prog albums in the chart over the whole year,

I think a lot of the big prog sellers from 1973 - Dark Side of the Moon, Tales from Topographic Oceans and Brain Salad Surgery (God it's tiring typing out prog album titles) were released late in the year.

Yes checking last week in the year, has Yes on 10 th and ELP on 12
Prog is whatevey you want it to be. So dont diss other peoples prog, and they wont diss yours

Dunno tha accurate stats but NEKTAR's 'Remember The Future' charted in the U.S. somewhere mid-chart during 1973.  That's an accomplishment for a full-on Space-Prog band Thumbs Up

These albums are commonly known as DSOTM, TFTO and BSS.
