Absolutely, I love The Fall.  It's probably safe to say that Can was their biggest influence, though they had a unique sound as well.

It doesn't look like they are on there.  However it looks like they are on Spotify.    I bought their CDs from CD Baby.  They are CD-Rs, but I think that they were part of the buy 3 get them for $5 each package.
