Tales, The Yes Album, Going For The One, Relayer/CTTE, Drama... :-)
Well, it's hard to say the exact order, it changes from time to time. Except of Tales... It was second album from Yes (after CTTE) I heard a lot of years before and for some strange reason it's been staying in my heart all the time. It has my vote now.

Relayer is not only by far their greatest work, but the absolute pinnacle of prog itself.
Tales is also excellent (although isn't quite perfect, as Relayer is)
