I'm thinking of a 1970's band that released one LP.
Their name began with an E.  They had I think only
a female vocalist.  They made ethereal, keyboard based
music.  They've been on YouTube and I'm pretty sure
mentioned here.  I think the name had only two syllables,
like Etum.

I was wrong about them only having one album, they made two.

Epidaurus had two albums also. THeir first was really excellent symph prog like a cross between vintage Genesis and Renaissance but the second I haven't heard although it's suppose to be pretty lame. Emtidi I have heard of but don't know. I didn't know they had a female singer though. Were they German?

Yes, they were German.  They had two members and I believe both sang unless the male
voice was a guest where there were two vocalists at the same time.

SAAT is a nice prog folk/cosmic album......need to revisit that one.
One does nothing yet nothing is left undone.
