Chango have been suggested twice - the last one being only just recently: http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=95905. Sadly it didn't have a very happy ending, and I doubt that anything will change that!!!  Cry

Would be nice to find out just who this is coz it does sound very good. I can't place it anywhere - maybe Brian Auger but highly doubtful.

Gypsy comes to mind, but if it's them then the song would be from their last album or maybe a live bootleg as I have the first three albums and this isn't on any of those.

One other thought is that this might come from the Mike Pinera / Duane Hitchings family (Cactus, Son of Cactus, Ramatam, Blues Image, Thee Image, Blue Murder, something like that), although I'm certain that isn't Pinera playing guitar.

something that I see is that not only could be a Latin rock band, there are those who have experienced in their albums with that sound...
and other thing is know if is just a instrumental rock or a jazz fusion band.
