^  Yes, a very good band for sure.
If I had to put these three in order of preference it would probably be Krigssang, the debut and then Hej Pa Er.

In all fairness, back then I did not listen to Hej Pa Er as much as the other two.
Here's a couple of songs...

I went to a record store, and in the store there's a dollar bin full of assorted goodies. I found 4 different copies of Tubular Bells. It might have been a glitch in the matrix.

No glitch prolly.........if it is a US pressing remember, there were many pressing plants in the US back in the day. Presswell, Columbia, PRC, many others.

The copy of OPETH's Morningrise I bought is a dbl white vinyl. Didn't even mention it was 'coloured' vinyl. Surprise !! Same with Mastodon's Leviathan. It is a pink (!) vinyl, ha ha.

Did not discover Three Man Army until last year from a friend, quite good, missed out on them in my hey day.  Gurvitz brothers deserve more recognition in my book.

Gary, also your vinyl collection must be damn awesome!  Love seeing your posts of album covers.  Curious how many albums do you have?

Thank you for your comments.
My original 60s and 70s vinyl collection is a little over 2,000 albums.
My new vinyl collection is a little over 600 albums which are mostly (80%) on colored vinyl.
They are all new music released after 2000 and most were released after 2010.

Another Gurvitz project to look into is Baker Gurvitz Army with the two brothers and Ginger Baker.

A few finds today at the rekkid store......Been looking for a cleaner copy of Tarkus and found it in a Cotillion issue from 1971. This one was pressed by Presswell in NJ, seems a bit thicker vinyl than standard 120g. Sounds really nice although not as nice as my German pressed Island Records version, but that one has been played too much.
The Police is also a replacement, my original is played out. This one is very clean with what looks like minimal plays. The Can is one of the remastered from original tapes on Spoon label. I love this Saxon live album, prolly went thru 2 cassette versions back in the day in the car. Boston was a sentimental purchase...RIP Sib, even thou he did not play on this one. Never had the Camel on vinyl and this one is  pretty clean looking......

Currently cleaning them all on my record cleaning machine.....Soon to be spinning!

Man this is one fine sounding album, not just because Bob Ludwig mastered it, but the liner notes are very specific...."Third Stage is an all-analog recording". Recorded to tape, why is it that this sounds so amazing?
